Can I keep my existing number?
Most definitely. As a telecommunications provider, Fantel is able to transfer your current phone number to our management.
Will I have any downtime?
During the cutover period you may experience 10-15 minutes whilst the line is being moved across. We will keep you informed beforehand so you are aware of what is happening at all times.
What if I am still on contract?
You may need to speak with your current provider to ensure there are no penalty clauses if you leave mid contract.
Will you reconfigure my router?
Yes, Fantel will take care of reconfiguring your router so it works on our network.
